We serve individuals who have verifiable income and are ready to transition into independent living within a structured, drug- and alcohol-free environment. Our goal is to create a community where residents feel secure, empowered, and supported while maintaining their independence.
Our homes are fully furnished, move-in ready, and designed to provide comfort, safety, and affordability.

To Qualify, Applicants Must Have:
- Valid Photo ID
- Proof of Income
- Ability to live independently
- Verifiable income source
• All residents must be inside the home by 9:00 PM nightly.
• Residents must be out of all common areas by 9:00 PM unless otherwise approved.
• Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
• No overnight guests unless pre-approved by management.
• Residents must provide verifiable income documentation prior to move-in.
• Each resident is required to contribute $200 monthly toward community food costs.
• All shared household expenses must be paid on time.
Failure to make payments may result in review of residency status.
The home provides:
• Three (3) meals per day
• Scheduled snacks
• Meal costs are covered through the $200 monthly food contribution.
• Cash/SNAP benefits (if applicable)
Residents are expected to:
• Respect shared food
• Not remove food designated for other residents
• Clean up after meals
Before move-in, residents must provide:
• Current IPOS (Individual Plan of Service), if applicable
• Relevant medical history
• Current diagnoses
• List of prescribed medications
• Emergency contact information
Residents must notify management of any changes in medical condition or treatment.
• All prospective residents must complete a background screening prior to acceptance.
• Acceptance into the home is contingent upon screening results.
• Safety of all residents is the top priority.
• Residents must treat others with respect.
• No violence, threats, harassment, or illegal activity.
• No possession or use of illegal substances.
• Personal belongings must be kept in private areas unless approved.

• Keeping their rooms clean
• Participating in household chores

Failure to maintain cleanliness may result in corrective action
Violation of community rules may result in:
• Verbal warning
• Written warning
• Probationary period
